There is a growing body of research that supports the practice of self-compassion and mindfulness in psychotherapy. Neuroscience research reveals individuals that practice these techniques are happier, more resilient, and better equipped to heal painful memories from the past. It is my honor and mission to help my clients move past what’s blocking them from reaching their full potential individually and in their relationships.

With NeuroMeditation®, you can re-wire your brain to overcome obstacles, address mental health needs, and achieve your goals. The NeuroMeditation® process creates an individualized approach to enhance your relationships, work performance, and quality of life. It can be used for addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, and many other issues.

So many of us have tried meditation, but give up or get stuck, not sure if we are “doing it right.” For more seasoned practitioners, what was once life-altering can become just another routine.

The way you direct your attention and set your intention affects your brain in very real — and even measurable — ways. That means different forms of meditation do different things in the brain. Understanding this can open another level of growth and renewal in your practice. You can use specific forms of meditation to target your needs and goals. You really can change the way you think and feel. You really can rewire your brain.

I offer support and specific guidance to start or support your current practice will advance more smoothly, and you are more likely to experience far-reaching benefits with breath and movement exercises, neurobiofeedback (using the Muse headband and, as a Certified Heartmath Professional, Heartmath Emwave and/or Inner Balance programs), and sound and visual technologies (iAwake and MindLightz AVS).
